Job Description

  • Create, review, and negotiate company contracts and agreements, ensuring legal soundness and protection of company interests
  • Manage the collection process for both off-plan and normal sales in accordance with the payment plans, including contacting customers to inform them of payment requests at each phase
  • Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable government laws and regulations
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal matters, including contract execution and sales processes
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address legal issues and ensure smooth contract operations
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all legal documents and related correspondence
  • Stay informed of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations or contractual obligations
  • Assist in handling legal disputes and ensuring the company's legal interests are protected
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Legal Specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the company's industry
  • Specific experience and understanding of legal matters in the real estate industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
