Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance on a wide range of matters, including corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, advising the organization on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
- Assist with the resolution of disputes, including drafting legal briefs and representing the company in negotiations or mediation.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct legal research and prepare analytical reports for management on legal issues affecting the company.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on legal and compliance matters.
- Assist in maintaining corporate governance and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
