Job Description

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and protecting the company's interests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal issues.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct legal research and analysis.
  5. Represent the company in legal proceedings, such as arbitration or litigation.

Preferred Candidates:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel.
  2. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  5. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
