Responsibilities
- Advise on legal matters pertinent to real estate transactions, property management, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests.
- Identify and analyze legal risks, providing solutions to ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.
- Represent Awtad in legal negotiations and proceedings, working towards favorable outcomes.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and trends impacting the real estate market and advise accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to staff regarding legal procedures and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to strengthen the company’s legal positions and corporate policies.
