Key Activities:
- Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice and guidance on complex real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, marketing, financing agreements and regulatory matters.
- Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence investigations on real estate properties and transactions to identify potential legal and business risks.
- Litigation Support: Represent the company in real estate-related litigation and disputes, including property disputes, boundary issues, and contract disputes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks related to real estate activities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging real estate laws and trends.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the real estate development and operations teams to provide proactive legal support.
