Execute leasing activities specific to a single mall or a collection of malls within a region in coordination with key accounts managers and regional leasing managers and ensure they meet the guidelines and ranges agreed on Development or Asset Management committees.
Responsibilities
• Execute leasing activities specific to a single mall or a collection of malls within a region in coordination with key accounts managers and regional leasing managers and ensure they meet the guidelines and ranges agreed on Development or Asset Management committees.
– Source and connect with potential tenants (existing and new non-anchor).
– Conduct site visits.
– Issue leasing proposals to potential tenants.
– Negotiate prices within the range agreed with Asset Manager.
– Sign contracts and handover to Leasing Administration function.
• Re-negotiate renewals in case of major changes in pricing and lease conditions received from the Development or Asset Management committees.
• Coordinate with Development & Delivery for Handover and Fit-outs/ opening dates of malls
• Update and maintain the client database.
• Maintain database of requests/ preferences/ requirements for large regional retailers and input into CRM system (e.g., contract T&Cs, physical and fit-out space, services).
• Inspect units between subsequent tenants and recommend plan of action.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years in retail leasing in KSA.
• Solid track record and experience in tenant/customer relationship management.
• Significant exposure to GCC and KSA retail market
