Learning & Development Manager – Cluster Role, KSA
We have been retained by this extraordinary client to find them a talented, experienced and dynamic Learning and Development Manager – Cluster role. This job role will report into a Cluster L&D Director and assist in overseeing all learning and development, training, and talent management programs within the organization.
Qualifications, experience, attributes and skills we are looking for:
- 8+ years in a Learning + Development role / capacity; 4+ years of progressive experience in L&D leadership.
- Hugely passionate about people, training and development
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
- In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including content creation, workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching).
- Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment, ideally within industries such as retail, hospitality and/or food & beverage.
- Strong communication skills – must be emotionally intelligent and must have empathy
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems
- Multi-unit / Multi-site location experience is preferred
Salary Package: very competitive – single status contracts preferred or with spouse due to location.
