About the location:


Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Learning and Development Manager to lead training and development initiatives at Four Seasons Hotel, Madinah. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and development of our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.


What You Will Do


  • Design, implement, and oversee training programs that align with company values and operational goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning solutions to enhance employee performance.
  • Lead orientation and onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
  • Manage leadership development initiatives to support internal career progression.
  • Coordinate with department heads to create role-specific training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local training regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

What You Bring


  • A degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for various skill levels.
  • Knowledge of modern learning techniques, e-learning platforms, and training technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
