We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Learning and Development Manager for one of the largest construction companies in Saudi Arabia.
The Learning and Development Manager proposes, develops and implements learning and development solutions according to the defined learning requirements to develop staff capability and improve performance
Key Accountabilities- Successful management of academic and training functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop professional training programs that are tailored to enhance talent management capabilities.
- Design, develop, and implement effective onboarding programs, fostering employee engagement and smooth integration.
- Create customized training programs that meet diverse organizational needs and skill gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor degree in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in learning and development and training field.
- Previous experience in an organization with a large workforce.
- Learning Design and development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the different business functions.
