Lead Territory Manager- Cyber
Use your extensive subject matter expertise to influence customers
toward Honeywell solutions. You will provide both external and internal
consultations, and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right
product messaging, customer support, and training. You will foster
cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You will participate in pursuit
strategy planning, and customer negotiations. You may consult prospective users
on product capability. You may provide valuable input for product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Enterprise Engagements with Critical National Infrastructure clients
- Engage in customer-facing activities to drive growth
- Articulate the Value prop of Honeywell Cyber Solutions
- Support the growth of Channels GTM
- Help Product and marketing teams with VoC
- Be customer advocate and help build strong relationships
- Achieve assigned AOP targets
- Present technical sales briefings to customers
- Develop and champion best-in-class sales training
- Coordinate engineering support of pursuits
- Provide competitive intel based on customer interaction
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent and 5+ years in OT Cyber in CNI in ME or 15+ years in the field.
- Knowledge of Honeywell Cybersecurity products and services

Duties
& Main Accountabilities
You shall diligently and
with due care and attention carry out all tasks assigned to you by the Company
and generally devote all your professional skills to the service of the
Company. You are not permitted to work for any other person or company
without the prior written consent of the Company.
You will be responsible
for, but not limited to, the following:
- Taking ownership as the Saudi
Arabia Cyber Security Business Development Manager who will be responsible
for managing the Industrial Cyber Security initiatives of Honeywell’s key
Strategic accounts in the KSA
- Understanding the
structure and performance of the client’s Industrial Process Systems, Networks
and Cybersecurity implementations as well as the client’s
business models as it pertains to Industrial IT, Networking and Cybersecurity
- Team with the Country
Account Managers (AM’s), Country Field Service Manager (FSM), and
Middle East Sales Leadership to align Honeywell’s capabilities to the
client’s strategic and tactical Cybersecurity goals and objectives at all levels, from senior executive
to operational personnel
- Assist the KSA Sales
team in the coordination of Honeywell account managers, Country
Field Service Manager, and operations managers in assigned territory to ensure Honeywell’s Cybersecurity value to the KSA client base is
maximized
- Ability to motivate
Honeywell HPS account managers and additional sales management members
of the integrated team resulting in aggressive Cyber Security growth
through the Honeywell Saudi account base
- Drive business growth
by discovering new opportunities, clients, and customers
- Deliver value by helping forge new strategic relationships through Channels
- Grow your knowledge of
Honeywell products in a team-based culture focused on innovation
and customer satisfaction
