Job Description

Key Accountabilities: 
1.Business Case Development:
•Identify, analyze, and prioritize emerging technologies with potential applications in the organization.
•Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments, for proposed innovative technologies.
2. Economic Analysis:
•Perform detailed economic evaluations, including return on investment (ROI), net present value (NPV), and payback period for proposed projects.
•Provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes.
3.Market Insight and Research:
•Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for emerging technologies.
•Analyze industry benchmarks and competitor activities to inform Innovation and R&D strategy.
4.Value Proposition Development:
•Create compelling value propositions for innovative technologies based on market needs and organizational goals.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with expectations and industry requirements.
5.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Innovation, BUs, CoEs, operations, finance, leqal, and marketing, to develop and implement strategies for innovative initiatives.
•Engage with external partners such as technology providers, startups, R&D centers and academic institutions to explore collaborative opportunities.


6.Reporting and Communication:
•Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
•Monitor the progress and effectiveness of implemented technologies and business cases.


Minimum Qualifications: 


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, technology, business, economics, or similar. A master's degree is preferred.


Minimum Experience:
• Typically, 5-7 years of experience in technology evaluation, economic analysis, market research, or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading innovation projects and building business cases for emerging technologies.
• Experience in R&D or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
