LEAD FULL STACK ENGINEER

Job Description:

The Lead Full Stack Engineer / Senior Manager (L5) is responsible for managing a diverse and complex suite of medium to large projects while demonstrating in-depth business knowledge and subject matter expertise. This role requires making strategic decisions using creative and innovative approaches to drive competitiveness and success within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of software applications and systems, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying full-stack solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and seamless integration of software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering to enhance development processes.
• Ensure software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.
• Provide software development, mentorship, and technical leadership to both internal teams and external clients.
• Apply deep industry knowledge to develop solutions tailored to the payment industry and its related software systems.
