The Role:
We are looking for experienced Lead Estimator - Civil to join our team and grow with us!
The candidate must hold with infrastructure/ heavy civils expertise + expert level knowledge in estimating software (Candy preferred).
The major responsibilities will include:
•Develop estimates from first principles.
•Carryout material and subcontracts adjudication.
•Contribute to technical proposal deliverables.
•Prepare Top Sheet & indirect cost estimate.
•Lead & defend proposal presentation to higher management.
•Lead post-award hand over.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience:
•B.Sc. Engineering or Architecture.
•Minimum of 15 years diversified experience including preferably 4 years on site and over 8 years as a Sr. Estimator.
•Infrastructure & Heavy Civils expertise. Some Marine experience is advantageous.
•Highly skilled in Estimation Software preferably CCS.
•Cost awareness, technical knowledge & understanding of execution methodology.
•High level of systematic thinking and Organization.
