Black & Grey HR is seeking a
<b>highly skilled Lead Engineer</b> to drive
<b>product innovation and technical leadership</b> in
<b>high mast lighting solutions</b> for
<b>roadways and sports applications</b>. Based in Riyadh,
<b>Saudi Arabia</b>, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape next-generation lighting systems that combine efficiency, durability, and cutting-edge technology.

- Take ownership of high-impact projects that set new industry standards.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to deployment.
- Work with advanced lighting technologies and energy-efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with top consultants, contractors, and design teams.
- Influence strategic decisions and drive market leadership in the region.


<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of high mast lighting systems.
- Ensure compliance with European, American, and GCC standards.
- Develop customized solutions for large-scale roadway and sports lighting projects.
- Optimize product performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance needs.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
- Serve as a technical mentor, providing training and guidance to internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.


Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in high mast lighting systems.
- Expertise in structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects of lighting solutions.
- Proven ability to lead product innovation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills to engage with technical teams and key stakeholders.
