ResponsibilitiesResponsible for demonstrating and living out the company fundamentals and enforces all company policies and proceduresMonitors, mentors, and leads regional team in order to balance company goals with employee satisfactionOversee and monitor daily Landscape operations of construction & maintenance. Also oversee enhancements, turf and ornamental applications and irrigation.Establish staffing levels for each month based upon need.Ensure that jobs are completed according to contract and within budget.Direct Ops managers and oversee all customer accounts.Manage key relationships with clients in support of Ops Managers & Engs.Work with Business Development to identify and achieve new contract, maintaining sales goals.Works with Ops Manager & Engineers to ensure that Enhancement Pipelines and Sales Goals are being achievedWork with team to monitor safety, quality, and productivity on an ongoing basis. Oversee safety compliance and training.Budget control of regional expenses.Monitor daily & monthly operational and financial performance for the region and deliver timely and accurate operational & financial reports.Communicate with Human Resources to address corrective and disciplinary actions, personnel staffing needs and training needs.
