JOB DESCRIPTION:


Organizational departmental planning with Branch Manager/General Manager/Director of Operations/Country Manager


Develops and implements the logistics plan and procedures for the designated projects
Selecting the most appropriate transport vendors.
instructions for suppliers and contractors
Responsible for management of the operational  budget
Together with the manager, establishing the profit ratio.
  Ensure all KPIs meet customer
  Ensure all team meets the customer’s and BDP Internal deadlines
  Conduct periodically review and improve the process flow and document process flow.
  Carry out internal systems training to staff
  Ensure billing is done correctly and timely.
Monitor all required data is updated into internal systems, or customer systems (according    procedures)
  Reporting possible incidents to the manager
Record keeping of exceptional incidents and conduct investigation on incident with the   recommended corrective action
   Preparing reports required by customers and/or internal team


  • Minimum of a Bachelor´s degree or equivalent and  additional qualifications in supply chain management will be helpful.
    Experience of mínimum 5 years in leadership role in logistics field
    Knowledge and experience of freight forwarding operations
    Working knowledge of the operations procedure in the country
    Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
