Job Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close deals effectively.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, market conditions, and key projects.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
- Product Launch: Support team members to ensure the success of product launches in the assigned sales region.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Lab Sector Business.
- Valid driving license and access to a car.
Skills:
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of accuracy, commitment, and adherence to deadlines.
- Effective reporting skills.
