Help plan, organize, and execute training programs to address employee development needs.
Support to drive the “People Development” agenda in the factory
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with the organizational objectives.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication.
Monitor and track individual development plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Track and report on training attendance, and effectiveness, and progress, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
Organize and execute factory-wide events to promote employee engagement
Collect, organize, and manage HR data
Develop, implement, and lead a structured and engaging onboarding process that ensures a seamless transition for new employees
What you need to succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field less than 2 years ago
Have a minimum of 3 - 6 months of previous internship or work experience in related role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and manage information effectively
