Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Fresh Graduate Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in project management, construction management, and other consulting services. This is a full-time, 1 year contract position with the potential for long-term growth and development within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and reports
- Collaborate with project team members and clients to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality in project delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Fresh graduate with 0-1 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed
