The Kitchen Admin Supervisor is either a current Assistant or Junior Assistant, preferably with food quality and cost control background. His / her primary role is to ensure stock quality, accuracy, and efficiency is kept to the highest standard. Additionally, Kitchen Admin Supervisor will perform set of control tasks supporting the Kitchen Manager in maintaining operational standards. Her/his work schedule needs to support timely placement of requisitions and presence during receiving of most critical deliveries (Central Kitchen, Warehouse). For that reason, it is recommended for Kitchen Admin Supervisor to work morning or mid-shift.
What You'll Do?
- Places requisitions in ERP using demand planning tool, PAR levels and stock on hand
- Is responsible for checking stock on hand quality and quantity prior to placing requisitions
- Is present during receiving of deliveries from CK, WH and other suppliers. Checks quality, accuracy and quantity
- Immediately escalates any issues resulting from faulty receiving (quality, quantity, delay in delivery)
- Generates variance reports, communicates shortages with various sources
- Escalates repetitive issues to Area Manager for resolution
- Follows up on additional orders. Coordinates emergency shipments when necessary
- Enters GRNs (Goods receiving notes) in ERP
- Is expert in every SOP related to receiving, ordering, inventory management. Monitors team’s adherence to those SOPs
- Provides guidance to managers and CDPs to comply with those standards during her/his absence
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience - Previous experience working in a similar environment, high volume catering background, preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing, innovative, pro-active and reliable).
- Education or Certification.
- Good level of English is essential.
- Due to new regulations, only vaccinated candidates will be allowed to join.
