Job Description

-Manage and monitor the inventory levels of the central kitchen using the Foodics inventory system.

-Ensure accurate recording of stock movements, including receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.

-Generate and maintain reports on inventory usage, discrepancies, and reorder requirements.

-Control receipts of goods, ensuring that deliveries are accurate and in line with purchase orders.

-Manage and track batches of ingredients and materials to ensure proper use and minimize waste.

-Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely stock replenishment.

-Support administrative tasks related to the kitchen department, such as scheduling, documentation, and communication.

-Work closely with Chef Elie to ensure smooth operations and address any inventory-related issues.

-Maintain a clean and organized filing system for all inventory-related documents.
