Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic international school. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with Saudi labor laws and regulations
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and school policies
Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and strategic initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role
Extensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
