JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and private sectors, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare administrators, and purchasing managers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities. Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Laboratories, Life Sciences, Business Administration) is required. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the molecular diagnostics or healthcare industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment. Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics technology and applications, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
