The Position



Responsible for achieving the promoted product sales and Roche Diabetes Care goals, by performing a field based task. Drives business success, based on product innovation and medical value promotion to customers. Interact with customers as per the Roche values displaying a sense of trust and credibility.

The Opportunity



Implements the planned commercial activities
Maintains best-in-class working relationships with assigned customers, with a permanent market presence
Propose plans or suggestions to line manager regarding certain clients
Identifies and exploit new opportunities to do the channel-fill of the promoted products, and contributes to expand the business in these areas
Understand the details of the planned sales cycles and ensure proper communication of on label medical information
Detailing to health care professional with focus on added value and on label products and deliver invitations to HCPs regarding promotional activities guaranteeing the compliance in all communications and commercial or promotional activities
Collaborates with the Sales team- members on the negotiation and approaches, guaranteeing compliance.
Ensures activity planning/reporting and mapping at the CRM software (sales force), keeping data updated, and ensures that all administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Achieving allocated sales target and collaborate with all team members to achieve the region and country sales objectives
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technologist or related fields is an added advantage.
2+ years of sales-related experience, preferably in IVD, medical devices, or related fields.
Relevant and proven complex sales experience is preferred
Preferably with IVD market knowledge coupled with an entrepreneurial flair, resilience and a growth mindset.
