As a Key Account Manager you shall be responsible in managing and growing strategic accounts, typically involving Oil & Gas. The primary role is to drive business growth by providing customized coating solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Here are some key responsibilities to look forward to


  • Develop positive relationships with clients


  •  Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs


  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks


  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner


  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions


  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives


  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)


  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth


  • Meets budget in terms of Revenue /Profitability/ Overdue


  • Leads large key accounts directly


  • Provides data for forecasts annual/quarterly/monthly Sales


  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in chosen segments


  • Able to use CRM


  • Collaborates with Segment Sales head to develop sales plan


  • Strategies to improve market share in all product lines


  • Regular meeting on sales/collections/stocks/ business development in allotted region of work


The role will be based in Dammam and will report into Sales Manager-Energy.


Furthermore, we expect that you have


  • Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline is preferred


  • Ideal candidate will have around 5-8 years in key account management role


  • Relevant B2B sales experience is an advantage


  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills


  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills


  • Fluent in English  and Arabic language will be an added value


  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite


  • Proven experience and in depth knowledge of business practice including profit & loss analysis, country related business regulation, tender, sales contract, etc.
