Job Overview



Seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage top clients in the cable accessories market, focusing on joints and terminations. Responsibilities include building strategic relationships, driving sales growth, developing a sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and expand business opportunities.

Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs and offering tailored solutions. Drive sales growth, pursue new opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Provide technical expertise on cable accessories, conduct presentations, and stay updated on industry trends. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-sales support and collaboration with internal teams. Oversee project execution, manage timelines, and provide updates on product delivery. Track and report sales performance using CRM systems and analyze market trends for competitive insights.

What your background should look like:



Education: Bachelor’s in engineering; MBA preferred. Experience: 5+ years in sales/account management, preferably in cable accessories or related industrial fields. Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and CRM proficiency. Attributes: Proactive, customer-focused, analytical, and collaborative.
