Represents Otis's vision, mission and cultural values
Ensures alignment with company values and financial objectives Develops and implements strategic plans for Sales Departments in line with the organizational objectives. Develops strategies together with the operation teams for client satisfaction and loyalty. Actively contributes to company’s growth plan.
Acts as primary point of contact for Key Clients. Works closely with Sales and Customer support teams Helps the teams to build trusting and long-term relationships with the key stakeholders Understands well the Client business needs and pain points and address them accordingly aligning with relevant departments Collaborates with operation teams to create tailored solutions to meet client needs Communicates Client feedback to internal stakeholders Supports contract negotiations with Clients as needed. Actively seeks and introduces new Clients and segments. Monitors market trends to identify opportunities for new offerings
Excellent communicational skills with active listening Client oriented Fosters long term partnerships based on mutual values and shared goals Quickly identify and address challenges and conflicts Adjusts to changing Client demands and market conditions. Anticipates Client needs and proactively offer solutions in line with operations

Minimum Qualification:



Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales/Business Management or equivalent Master’s degree is preferred
minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in managing client relation and /or business development in a similar or similar organization. At least 5 years in positions of key accounts management . Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English essential.
