Job SummaryResponsible for managing and tracking all sales activities for all the products, whether directly or through subordinates and providing periodical performance reporting to the Sales and Products Managers, indicating the overall sales performance. He is also responsible for handling the strategic relations with his key accounts.


Main Responsibilities


  • Responsible for managing and tracking all sales activities for all Atelier 21’s products whether directly or through subordinates. Providing periodical performance reporting to the Line Managers, indicating the overall sales performance. You are also responsible for handling the strategic relation with key accounts.
  • Identify Atelier21’s addressable market based on the analysis of the gathered data and constant evaluation of the market.
  • Achieve operational excellence and cost optimization across the department.
  • Provide performance and status reports to the Line Manager to enable informed decision making and responsiveness.
  • Undertake other related duties assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Positively represents the organization and reflect its mission, values and strategy both internally and externally.
  • Manage the relation with key accounts and generate new business leads.
  • Manage, monitor and direct the Sales Executives.
  • Achieve the overall sales target for each business line.
  • Monitor pre-sales and the closure phases of the project.
  • Contribute with the Sales and Products Manager in setting the annual sales forecasting plan.
  • Strategic decision on correct product, service and solution mix for the future of Atelier 21 and foresee future client demand.
  • Offer consultation to managers on risk/loss limitation to Atelier 21’s reputation, cost and other risks.
  • Set corporate policies and structures for improving quality standards.
  • Develop, define and assign accountabilities, new responsibilities and authority levels for Sales Executive.
  • Influence the organization on leadership matters.
  • Lead, support and motivate the department to achieve optimal performance.
  • Monitor and appraise the team’s performance and recommend development plans to develop their skills and competencies and follow up on the implementation of this plan.
  • Recommend training for subordinates.
  • Communicate with the Project Managers to ensure proper delivery of the required services.
  • Liaise and support all client communications and provide conflict resolution.
  • Maintain high level of client satisfaction and regularly check the clients feedback regarding services delivered and new services required.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Line Manager to meet business needs.
