Job Description

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
  5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
  7. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  8. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  10. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.


Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3 years experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles.
  3. Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  5. Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
  6. Additional certifications or training in sales, account management, or customer relationship management is a plus
