About the job


As a Recruitment Specialist you will be required to proactively provide professional support to the leadership team and enable sourcing of the best candidates in the marketplace. The Recruitment Specialist will facilitate the organization in achieving its desired growth plan through managing the process from screening of CVs to the conversion of potential new joiners, in line with overall Kearney recruitment processes.


Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original.


Key responsibilities


·KSA MC lateral recruiting – all ranks BA - Partner 


·Understand and provide input into annual hiring targets. 


·Manage the whole recruiting process for KSA based BA - Partner level candidates from A to Z 


·Ensure there is a process in place that the team can follow, update as and when needed. 


·To meet hiring needs by having and following clear hiring processes, monitoring these and updating when needed 


·Work closely with the broader ME recruitment team to support overall hiring needs including specific practice hiring into KSA. 


·Manage KSA Recruiting Agency relationships, having go-to agencies for specific searches and increasing our agency database when needed. 


·Manage screening of received CVs. 


·Ensure the management of candidate interviews within standard process; secure commitment of interviewers and interviewees; follow up on evaluation forms and ensure their quality and timing; provide feedback to candidates. 


·Manage the recruitment hiring tracking sheets. 


·Manage Taleo accordingly. 


·Maintain candidates’ files with CV, interview evaluation forms, contracts, physical personnel files, etc. 


·To initiate candidates’ approvals and prepare contracts. 


·KSA Campus recruitment 


·Work with the ME campus team to help support KSA nationals being identified from our target schools. 


·Help lead the Future Arab Leaders Program which targets GCC nationals attending international schools and any other initiatives that support our KSA office. 


·Manage and collaborate with consultant teams supporting campus recruitment. 


·Marketing 


·Maintain the candidate value proposition. 


·Have calls with all candidates to help with conversion of offers. 


·Support and suggest marketing materials that can be used for campus events ad any other events that might take place. 


·Referral Program 


·Work with the ME referral team to manage all KSA office referrals as per the referral process.
