Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.




About the role

Your responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer (such as Net Revenue, Operating Profit, Gross Margin, Net Working Capital)
  • Build long-term partnerships with the customers. Manage customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt's commercial strategy and the customer trading terms
  • Identifying new potential IMT, LMT partners → Capitalizing business progression based on expansion plans of these customers to drive NR
  • Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
  • Responsible for the promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization)
  • Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
  • Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories


The experience we're looking for
  • Strong Leadership abilities and business acumen
  • Strategic Planning & Monitoring: Proactively collect and analyze relevant data and where necessary seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
  • Building Business / Customer Relationships: Leads in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhances relationships while building new stakeholder and company linkage
  • Negotiation & Influence: Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers
  • Innovative and creative in designing Key Account strategies
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years FMCG experience in Sales and Key Account Management
  • Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business-related subject - from a recognized University
