Working as Junior HybrisWeb Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing our e-commerce platform and website to ensure an excellent user experience.
key Accountabilities
- Assist in the administration and configuration of the SAP Commerce Hybris platform.
- Support the implementation of new features, fixes, and improvements on the platform.
- Perform routine backups and data management tasks.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Contribute to platform updates and ensure proper version control.
- Ensure the web platform is secure, up-to-date, and operating efficiently.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes related to Hybris.
- Upload and update product information, descriptions, pricing, and images using the Content Management System (CMS).
- Regularly check website performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly.
- Assist in optimizing website content for search engines to improve rankings and visibility.
- Manage online inventory, product categories, and promotional campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with customer support to resolve user-reported technical issues.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and generate performance reports.
- Work closely with marketing, IT, and design teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
knowledge , Skills , Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related.
- +1 year of experience in web administration, e-commerce management, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of SAP Commerce Hybris platform and web technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and web analytics tags.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity withSEObest practices and website performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
