Key Responsibilities

You will support the Project Director / Associate / Architect in delivering high-quality outcomes, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting feasibility and design phases of projects
• Conducting and analyzing site data
• Preparing design documentation from concept to detailed development
• Coordinating with consultants on design, technical, and regulatory matters
• Assisting in building tender processes and contract administration
• Preparing regulatory approvals and procurement documentation
• Attending site and consultant meetings
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure coordinated project delivery
• Producing digital models using Revit, and leveraging computational tools in pre-design and design phases

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Studies, BArch, BA (AS), or BSc in Architecture
• Proficient in design and 3D modelling tools: Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong understanding of planning and building codes
• Organised, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Self-driven with effective time management skills
• A team player with an open and collaborative mindset
• Familiar with BIM workflows and digital platforms
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Architectural Assistant role.
