Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Freight Forwarding Operations Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end freight operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land).
- Coordinate with carriers, customs, and clients to ensure efficient shipment processing.
- Monitor shipment statuses and promptly resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Communicate effectively with clients and partners, providing updates and support.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and logistics software.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
