We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

• Implement and optimize office management procedures, including document control and workflow processes.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline communication and administrative functions.

• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.

• Supervise administrative staff and support in HR-related tasks, including recruitment coordination and onboarding.

• Maintain records, reports, and databases to support strategic decision-making.


Requirements


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in administrative management, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm.

Residency: Must currently reside in Riyadh and commit to staying for 3–5 years.

Nationality: Open to candidates from the following countries:

• Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania, Senegal, Mali, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin, Niger, Chad, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Madagascar, Mauritius, Réunion, Seychelles, Comoros, Mayotte, France, South Africa, Lebanon.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

French proficiency is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and project management tools.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
