GP1: Postdoc in Geotechnical Engineering
Qualifications:
PhD in Geotechnical Engineering or related field. Strong background in soil mechanics, rock mechanics, and geotechnical instrumentation. Proven track record of publications in reputable journals. Experience in numerical modeling, constitutive laws, and simulation software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
GP2: AI Specialist/Data Scientist
Qualifications:
Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Expertise in LLM, machine learning algorithms and data modeling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, R, or MATLAB. Experience with AI and IoT systems integration and data-driven decision-making processes. Ability to translate AI algorithms into practical solutions. Background or general knowledge of geotechnical engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
GP3: Geotechnical Research Assistant
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in civil engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field. 3 to 5 years of technical experience in geotechnical engineering. Hands-on experience with geotechnical field-testing equipment and methods. Proficiency in geotechnical data analysis and interpretation. Strong communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Background or general knowledge of programming is preferred but not mandatory.
GP4:Software Research Engineer
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong experience in developing software solutions for research or industrial applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python. Experience with software development life cycles, including testing and debugging. Background or general knowledge of geotechnical engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
GP5:Senior Geologist
Qualifications:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Geology or Earth Sciences. 10 to 15 years of technical experience in engineering geology. Extensive experience in geological analysis, including soil and rock characterization. Expertise in geological fieldwork, data interpretation, and geological modeling. Ability to provide insights into geological aspects of research projects and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Background or general knowledge of Saudi geological formation is preferred but not mandatory.
GP6:Research Assistant - Robotics and Automation
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Robotics, Automation Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience with robotic systems and automation technology. Skills in programming for automation, with knowledge of systems integration. Ability to assist in designing and maintaining automated testing setups. Background or general knowledge of geotechnical engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
