1. Advise JEIM
Commander on status of maintenance, facilities, personnel and proper use of
resources
2. Coordinate with
OEM on issues regarding engine performance, upgrades and local requirements.
3. Monitor TCTO
status of assigned aircraft and related equipment
4. Provide
solutions to negative trends through application of the Quality Management process
5. Resolve supply
issues with equipment and parts
6.Assist in resolving personnel and contractual
issues between the contractor and RSAF Maintenance Squadron
7. Monitor
training and correct any training deficiencies.
8. Train RSAF to
the 5,7 and 9 level skill levels.
1. Advise IM
Engine OIC and Superintendents regarding Engine and Secondary Power Maintenance
Management Principles.
2. Monitor
F100-220(E)/229 GE F-100-129E, C Engine Disassembly, Inspection, Repair &, Assembly.
3. Manage
proprietary software; Engine Management Systems GE/ PW.
4. Thoroughly
familiar with RSAF Management and Policies
5. Must be able to
analyze maintenance practices for deficiencies
6. Must be able to
develop and implement procedures and policies to correct maintenance
deficiencies
7. Must be knowledgeable
of Quality Management best practices and implementation.
