IVVQ Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience maintenance of either CCTV, video surveillance or security systems.
• Experience in Enterprise Server Configuration, System Design and Troubleshooting.
• Min. 1 year of support or maintenance experience CCTV, Video surveillance or security system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of CCTV equipment and Video Management System.
• Keep detailed logs of service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs.
• Work closely with L2 technical teams to identify and resolve any issues.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and best practices.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a CCTV Service Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in software engineering tools.
• Strong understanding of CCTV system components and functionality.
• Familiarity with network protocols and IP camera systems.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
• 3+ years of professional software integration experience

Technical Competencies - Desirable

• Knowledge of Access control, CCTV and Intercom System
• Knowledge of IP Systems / Networking is preferable
