Key Responsibilities: • Project Management: Effectively manage end-to-end project lifecycle execution, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and collaborating with in-house resources and vendors. • Revamp Program: Lead the complete revamp of the IT National Address Program, with a goal to digitize the process for residents and expats in the KSA. • Confidential Logistics Program: Work on a confidential program with a logistics company, effectively managing the entire company's project flows of work. • IT Infrastructure: Oversee critical IT infrastructure aspects of the program. • Data Management: Significant experience with data management projects, with a focus on driving data management, data governance policies and procedures, and data maturity at a platform level. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the nuances of data without necessarily requiring hands-on data architecture or solution design experience and should be able to apply these skills in any environment, irrespective of industry. • Company Experience: Prior experience working with both small-scale startups and large enterprises, particularly in banking or tech companies.
Qualifications and Experience: • Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT Service Delivery • Entrepreneurial Mindset: The ability to drive change and innovation in a legacy environment is highly valued. • Experience in data management projects (not looking for hands on) looking for someone to brings the nuance of data and driving data governance policies (not industry specific) • Technical Skills: A balanced skill set, with 40% technical proficiency and 60% focus on project management (PMO) and delivery. • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead internal teams and ensure project goals and deliverables are achieved, both with internal and external stakeholders. • Industry Experience: Experience in tech consultancies or Banking companies is a plus. • Certifications: Preferred certifications include PMI, PRINCE, Agile, Scrum, and TOGAF. At a minimum, candidates should possess PMI PMP and Agile certifications.
