Key Responsibilities
System Documentation & Communication: Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, communication methods, and review processes to control the project phases effectively.
System Implementation & Testing :Coordinate new system rollouts, ensuring functionality and stability through testing, adjustments, and final delivery to users.
System Maintenance & Support: Oversee system maintenance, implementing necessary updates in response to organizational, policy, or legal changes to provide optimal support.
Sales & Demand Management: Handle agency requests, plan train schedules to meet demand, and manage the setup of commercial offers, train allocations, and quota adjustments based on current demand.
Passenger Claims & Compensation: Process financial compensation for passenger claims, handling issues like delays, cancellations, or sales system errors (e.g., payment issues, ticketing errors).
Reporting & Data Management: Prepare reports for regulatory bodies (e.g., Transport General Authority) and clients, manage an internal PostgreSQL database, and create automated Excel VBA processes for data integration.
Analysis & Report Generation: Develop and review Excel and Power BI reports from system data, ensuring sales operations meet customer needs and system errors are addressed with corrective actions.
