Job Description

  • Develop and document system procedures, communication methods, and review/approval processes to ensure effective project control.
  • Oversee the testing, implementation, and delivery of new systems, ensuring functionality and robustness.
  • Maintain systems through updates based on procedural, policy, or legal changes to provide optimal technical support.
  • Manage department operations, agency requests, and train ordering to meet demand.
  • Handle passenger claims for financial compensation related to delays, cancellations, or system failures.
  • Prepare operational and compliance reports for the Transport General Authority (TGA) and SAR.
  • Oversee train operations, including schedule adjustments, seat quotas, and commercial offer management.
  • Maintain and update a PostgreSQL database for operational reporting.
  • Develop Excel VBA tools for data import and create reports using Excel and Power BI.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of operational statistics and sales system performance.
  • Address sales system errors, ensure timely corrections, and implement interim solutions.
