Are you interested in supporting colleagues efficiently using the IT equipment such as end user devices and software? Join a team of passionate IT experts to drive our digital transformation together
- Support the IT users by solving end user incident tickets.
- Educate end users on how to use their IT equipment efficiently.
- Be responsible of keeping the IT environment stable and maintaining IT assets.
- Support IT Operations Specialists in Network, Datacenter and Information Security topics.
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Computer Engineer
- Minimum 1 years of experience in IT with focus on user support
- Entrepreneurial and Digitalization-friendly mindset
- Good analytical and conceptual skills as well as technical affinity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
