Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Supervisor to manage and oversee our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the IT team, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Manage network security, backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Assist in the development and execution of IT strategies to improve overall performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on IT best practices and software applications.


Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in IT management or IT support roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
  4. Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Experience with cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
