We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Services Supervisor for a leading company in the food and beverage manufacturing sector, known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
The ITServices Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring seamless IT service delivery by managing service requests, improving workflows, and overseeing change management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities- Ensure service requests are acknowledged and resolved within specified timeframes, leveraging technical expertise to align with business objectives.
- Develop and optimize workflows to enhance the efficiency of incident and problem resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and foster collaboration.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service commitments.
- Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of service modifications with minimal disruption. Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide necessary training and resources.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven 2-4 years of experience in IT service delivery management with a focus on change management principles.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze data and produce insightful reports on performance and service quality.
