Job Description

Sells products or services by implementing sales plans in the IT Technology field.

  • Lead the creation and growth of the newly created IT Sales division.­
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Select suitable technology products or solutions agencies and manage the relationship. 
  • Lead sales and marketing activities to government and corporation entities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Metting yearly sales targes and growth for this
  • At a later stage, Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing IT sales team. Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their sales skills and effectiveness. Setting targets, creating performance plans and maintaining standards for sale representatives, and managing the sales team and division
  • Select suitable technology products or solutions agencies and manage the relationship. 
  • Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management
