Role and Responsibilities


  • Process AFC Refunds
  • Perform Data Analysis
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders in relation to AFC Refunds
  • Manage daily Tracking Services Requests List and follow up with various Teams.
  • Monitor the Customer Care Centre Tickets, compliance with the agreed Process.
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
  • Liaise with internal and external Teams to fully understand data content
  • Create data graphs and visualizations
  • Perform Administrative tasks as required by project, such as Minute of meetings, presentation, reports and so on

Qualification and Education Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in data processing or IT related field, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Software coding
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Mandatory Skills


  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft office software
  • Data oriented mind with attention to details
  • A minimum of good level of spoken and written English language
  • Very good level of spoken and written Arabic language
