Job Description

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, tracking and reporting on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and manage the timely execution of projects, adhering to strict deadlines and financial parameters, guaranteeing the successful accomplishment of all project objectives within allocated timeframes.
  • Detect and handle project interlinkages and vital stages, preemptively communicating project risks, and resolving or escalating issues promptly and effectively.
  • Strategize and supervise the implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to tight schedules and budget constraints, securing the successful achievement of all project objectives within stipulated timeframes.
  • Liaise with senior-level executives and stakeholders to delineate project dimensions, aspirations, and achievements that are consistent with the company's strategic roadmap.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at identifying potential risks and devising proactive strategies to mitigate challenges, ensuring smooth project execution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Proven ability in effectively managing complex IT projects, guiding them from inception to successful completion, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and technological frameworks, enabling effective interaction with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to accomplish project objectives and milestones.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at cultivating positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, fostering effective collaboration and ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and delivered to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Extensive experience in resource allocation, task delegation, and team coordination, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, while motivating and empowering team members to achieve high-performance goals.
