Job Summary:
Planning and overseeing all of IT projects within the company from the initial ideation through to completion along with managing the involved project team members. Coordinate and Manage suppliers, consultant any other 3rd party organizations involved in the projects. Managing all the company IT projects and coordinate with all project stakeholders internal and external. Deliver projects on time, within budget and with desired outcomes aligned with project objectives. Act as a point of liaison between the project team and senior management. Apply project management tools such as Microsoft Project to plan, monitor and regularly report to the management on the progress of the project. Identify and mitigate risks which may negatively impact successful delivery of projects.
A strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, provide ongoing functional support to end-users, addressing issues, and resolving system-related queries for all modules, in addition to the system administration.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Coordinate and follow up with all stakeholders (IT team, Management team, Suppliers, Finance department, etc.) to ensure proper communication and alignment of the projects.
- Provide project updates (weekly) on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Leading regular meetings with team and stakeholders
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Providing ongoing functional support for the end users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, for all modules, addressing issues, and resolving system-related queries

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree preferably in CS, MIS or Business Administration
- 4-8 years of project management related experience
- 4 years of implementing, supporting, and administrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- IT required certifications
