The IT Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the technology infrastructure and operations within the waste disposal and recycling industry. This position is responsible for ensuring that all IT systems are functioning optimally, supporting business objectives, and driving efficiency in operations. Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability
• Establish and maintain security protocols and policies
