Job Description
You will be responsible for
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, intranet, and internet connectivity
Ensure optimal network performance, security, and compliance with industry standards
Oversee the management and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, data centers, and cloud infrastructure
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security
Lead the design, deployment, and management of our cloud infrastructure, leveraging platforms like Deem, Azure, or GCP
Optimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and scalability
Manage our storage systems, including NAS, SAN, and cloud-based solutions
Ensure data integrity, availability, and compliance with data retention and archiving policies
Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity controls and compliance measures
Conduct regular patch management and risk assessments
Provide technical support to users, manage ticketing systems, and resolve IT issues efficiently
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, server software, and user accounts
Automate system tasks and optimize processes
Manage database systems, ensuring performance, security, and compliance
Ensure the smooth running of daily IT operations, including system monitoring, incident management, and change control
Implement and manage tools for infrastructure monitoring and performance analysis
Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain high service levels
Perform other activities as and when required
You will need
At least 10 years of experience in relevant field
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent is preferred

أتمتة مهام النظام وتحسين العمليات
إدارة أنظمة قواعد البيانات، وضمان الأداء والأمان والامتثال
ضمان سير العمليات اليومية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات بسلاسة، بما في ذلك مراقبة النظام وإدارة الحوادث ومراقبة التغييرات
تنفيذ وإدارة الأدوات لمراقبة البنية التحتية وتحليل الأداء
